Burch Hyperfitness Systems (BHS) has created specific programs to prepare/enhance these divisions.  Our goal? Provide our nation’s soldiers and personnel the most comprehensive and professional fitness and wellness programs in the world.  Burch Hyperfitness Systems (BHS) will get them in the best mental and physical shape of their lives. 

Sessions encompass utilizing over 500 various drills created and designed to develop muscle endurance, real life strength, power, speed, agility, core, and cardiovascular conditioning consisting of aerobic and anaerobic training.  Burch Hyperfitness Systems (BHS) focuses on: multiple planes of athletic motions; muscle balance; core strengthening; plyometrics; heart rate zone training; foundation building; real life integrated strength concepts; tempo, velocity, hill training; speed meditation; breathing techniques; concentric and eccentric power; multidirectional agility drills; and sport specific drills.

Our programs strengthen the rarely exercised but extremely important supportive muscles of the body, and ligaments and tendons.  These areas are crucial to keeping a soldier functional, dynamic in movement, and injury free.

Our programs first and foremost “lead by example”.  Our instructors perform every exercise with participants at a high level, personally guiding them on their path to being physically and mentally fit.  We do not ask any individual to perform an exercise/drill for which we cannot due ourselves.  During each session we judge how personnel are functioning, their performance levels and efforts, and adapt the class to the environment.  New exercises can and are introduced in each session.

The training is designed so personnel can meet their personal and professional fitness and overall goals instilling confidence and a new outlook on life and their lifestyle.  Each participant will receive a new and powerful self-confidence they may never thought was plausible.

The program offers the benefits of personalized fitness coaching but in a group format focusing on camaraderie, teamwork, and individual progression, using the benefits of peer group motivation. Burch Hyperfitness Systems (BHS) institutes a jigsaw puzzle methodology with the program, where each participant plays an important role, not only with themselves, but in making the puzzle (unit) complete, so as to make a more powerful impact.

  • Body Composition (Bodyfat, BodyAge Assessment, Lean Body Mass, etc).  Each participant in our programs can be assessed in the 5 components of fitness: Body Composition, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, Muscular & Cardiovascular Endurance.
