Sean Burch provides specialized fitness, martial arts, and wellness consulting services on an extremely limited basis. Please notify Burch Hyperfitness Systems’ (BHS) office to check availability.
We offer Apprenticeship programs for those athletes and motivational individuals wishing to become an official Burch Hyperfitness Systems instructor. Please contact BHS to be informed when the next workshop will be. Locations for workshops are within the Washington DC area unless otherwise noted.
Our program is one that first and foremost “leads by example”. Instructors MUST perform every exercise with participants at a high level, personally guiding the students on their path to being physically and mentally fit. If you are requested to teach (as part of BHS job placement) 4 hours daily, and at high intensities, then you must be able to comply with those standards and requirements. Our instructors receive top pay in the fitness and wellness industry and therefore must be in the type of conditioning to rightfully earn their wages.
Instructors should be athletes and adventurers, and are in the top 1% of the instructor physical fitness bracket in the world. You must live the “fitness lifestyle”, and be a fitness role model. Before becoming instructors, potential teachers must be able to complete and pass BHS’s own strict training tests and motivational techniques and be approved by the entire advisory board. Instructors will need to be able to teach individuals how to live the fitness lifestyle, and guide them towards achieving their wellness and fitness goals.
We are consistently contacted by Companies, Institutions, and Local & State Governments to provide BHS Instructors for their employees to bring them into the 21st Century of complete fitness and wellness. BHS does assist certified Instructors in obtaining jobs within the wellness industry, but this is not guaranteed. Jobs ascertained for BHS instructors are for extended periods of time.
Note: Attending a workshop does not automatically certify you as a BHS Instructor. You must pass stringent physical tests and be able to motivate BHS staff. If you complete a workshop then you will enter a 6-month apprenticeship. If you successfully complete this evaluation period, you will receive written certification as a Full Instructor, and will be privy to the numerous life benefits and perks that extend to being a BHS Instructor, and a part of the BHS family of athletes.
